Completely fair elections are impossible, finds study

A study has found that it is impossible to conduct completely fair elections in any part of the world. The researchers analysed different electoral systems and found three main components of a "fair" system – regionality, proportionality and fixed parliament size. However, they stated that at least one of the three components is bound to be compromised in every election.
