Concerned about ISIS-K's ability to plot attacks in Pak: US to UN

The US told the United Nations that it remains concerned about ISIS-Khorasan's (ISIS-K) ability to plot, conduct attacks and sustain recruitment campaigns, especially in Afghanistan and Pakistan. "Countering ISIS and other terrorist groups around the world is a top priority for the Donald Trump administration," US envoy Dorothy Shea said. She added that ISIS-K poses a significant global threat.
