Concord Biotech jumps 5% ahead of bonus issue board meet

Concord Biotech shares surged 5.2% to ₹1,572.30 after the company said its board will meet on September 23 to consider a bonus issue for existing shareholders, subject to approval. The company's Q1 FY27 profit rose 32.8% YoY to ₹58.5 crore, while revenue grew 26.2% to ₹257.4 crore.
