Cong workers block Smriti Irani's convoy in Varanasi over Hathras incident

A group of Congress workers on Saturday blocked the cavalcade of Union Minister for Women and Child Development Smriti Irani in Varanasi, in protest against the Hathras incident. Protesters gheraoed Irani's vehicle and demanded justice for the victim and her family. A group of Congress workers also marched towards Hathras and 50 party MPs are scheduled to arrive there today.
