Google CEO Sundar Pichai congratulated Tim Cook as he stepped down as Apple's CEO to serve as executive chairman from September 1. He further added, "Always respected your deep commitment to Apple's mission and best wishes in your new role!" Pichai also said that he is looking forward to working with John Ternus, who will take over from Cook.
