Congratulations: ISRO as Japan launches mission to land on Moon

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) congratulated Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) after the latter launched its 'Moon Sniper' mission. "Congratulations...Best wishes for another successful lunar endeavour by the global space community," ISRO said. The mission is expected to reach the Moon by February. Only four countries, including India, have achieved soft landing on the Moon.
