Congress' Jagtap calls EC 'a dog sitting outside PM's residence'; Shiv Sena seeks action

Shiv Sena leader Deepak Kesarkar demanded strict action after Congress leader Bhai Jagtap called the Election Commission a "dog". "EC is a dog sitting outside PM Narendra Modi's residence," Jagtap said. "EC is a constitutional authority. Jagtap should apologise for his remarks," Kesarkar said, adding, "I know Bhai Jagtap very well, it doesn't befit him to speak like that."
