Congress' Meenakshi moves SC against RS nomination rejection

Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan has approached the Supreme Court challenging the rejection of her Rajya Sabha nomination from Madhya Pradesh. She is expected to seek an urgent hearing before the court's vacation bench in the matter on Thursday. Natarajan's nomination was rejected on June 9 after authorities alleged that she failed to disclose information related to a pending case.
