Congress asks Siddaramaiah to step down as Karnataka CM, may resign in few days: Reports

Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has reportedly been asked by the Congress leadership to step down from his post. Siddaramaiah may resign within next few days, sources added. During a six-hour meeting earlier today, Siddaramaiah reportedly said he was unaware of '2.5 year formula' regarding a possible power sharing arrangement with Deputy CM DK Shivakumar. However, Congress has denied the speculations.
