Congress bears dark stain of being anti-women: Rijiju as women's quota bill fails
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju slammed the Congress after the amendment to fast-track Women's Reservation Bill failed in Lok Sabha, saying "Congress bears dark stain of being anti-women".
