Congress became burden on its ally NC: Scindia on J&K poll results

Union Minister and BJP leader Jyotiraditya Scindia said Congress became a burden on its ally National Conference (NC) in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections. "BJP...reached new heights in J&K by winning 29 seats...[while] Congress won 50% fewer seats this time than previous...elections," he added. Congress won six seats in elections, however, NC-Congress alliance won 48 seats in Union Territory.
