Congress cites Rajnath's 'no soldier harmed in Op Sindoor' remark, says 'He lied'

After the government revealed the names of six bravehearts who lost their lives in Operation Sindoor, Congress shared an old video of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. None of the soldiers was harmed, Singh said in Parliament in July 2025. "This means..Rajnath Singh...was lying...Parliament was deliberately misled," Congress' Supriya Shrinate said, adding that it amounts to contempt of the House.
