Congress didn’t teach Pakistan a lesson during its rule: Assam CM

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma criticised the Congress, saying that blasts used to take place every day till 2009. He said that thousands of lives would have been saved if Congress had taught Pakistan a lesson. He added, "Attacks used to happen in Mumbai and Parliament. Was there no Army during that time? [Under] PM Modi... [we] targeted Pakistan twice."
