Congress files police complaint over Dhirendra Shastri's meat ban call

Congress leaders in West Bengal filed a police complaint against Dhirendra Shastri after he urged people to avoid non-vegetarian food during Durga Puja. South Kolkata and Central Kolkata District Presidents, Pradeep Prasad and Manas Sarkar, urged police to investigate and sought Shastri's arrest. The complaints stated that no individual should dictate what Bengalis should eat during Durga Puja.
