Congress leader Navdeep Singh's 27-year-old brother shot dead in Punjab

A 27-year-old man was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Punjab's Gurdaspur on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as Sukhraj Singh alias Kaka, the younger brother of Padda village's incumbent Congress sarpanch Navdeep Singh, NDTV reported. Singh sustained multiple bullet injuries and died on the spot after the unidentified men travelling in a car allegedly opened fire at him.
