Congress-led UDF appoints Kerala's top poll official as CM's Secy days after criticising BJP

The Congress-led UDF government has appointed Kerala's Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Dr Rathan Kelkar as Secretary to CM VD Satheesan, reports said. This comes days after Rahul Gandhi criticised BJP government for appointing ex-CEO Manoj Agarwal as Chief Secretary of West Bengal. "Will Rahul Gandhi call this a 'reward' too, or is hypocrisy the official Congress position now?" BJP said.
