Congress member shares video of B'luru road, says can be removed by hand

Congress member Kavitha Reddy shared a video from HSR Layout, showing bad condition of a road which was reportedly coated with asphalt 10 days before. In the video, Kavitha runs her hand along the road's surface and the road is seen disintegrating as the asphalt comes apart in small pieces. Kavitha alleged corruption in road construction under BJP government.
