Congress misled people, BJP will not change Constitution: Gadkari

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari criticised Congress saying the party misled people in Lok Sabha polls by saying, BJP will change Constitution if they get 400 seats. "Neither will we change the Constitution nor do we have the desire to do that," he said in an interview. "Now people have understood that the Constitution has not been changed," he added.
