Congress MLA serves legal notice to Haryana Assembly Speaker

Palwal Congress MLA Karan Singh Dalal has served a legal notice to Haryana Assembly Speaker Kanwar Pal after the former was suspended from the Assembly session for one year for allegedly using unparliamentary expressions. The notice seeks immediate withdrawal of the "illegal" order on grounds that "no member can be suspended...for a period more than the remainder of the session."
