Congress MP & SP MLA clash over permission and time to ask questions during meet in UP

Congress MP Imran Masood and SP MLA Ashu Malik engaged in a heated argument during District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (Disha) meeting in UP's Saharanpur. The two leaders argued over permission and time to ask questions. Masood asked if questions should be asked after obtaining permission from the chair. Malik replied, "This is a Disha meeting, not a rally."
