Congress releases manifesto day before polling in Jharkhand, BJP calls it poll code violation

Congress released its manifesto in Jharkhand on Tuesday, a day ahead of the phase one polling. In its manifesto, Congress promised caste-based survey and 250 units of free electricity every month. It also includes filling up all vacant government posts within a year. Meanwhile, BJP said that Congress violated model code of conduct as it released manifesto during silence period.
