Congress reprimands Himachal minister for imposing eatery rule it opposed in UP

Himachal Pradesh minister Vikramaditya Singh was reportedly reprimanded by Congress high command in Delhi for making it mandatory for restaurants/eateries to display names of owners in the hill state. Congress had previously criticised a similar move by the Uttar Pradesh government during Kanwar Yatra. The move has faced criticism within Congress, with some leaders calling it 'discriminatory'.
