Congress ruled for 60 yrs, why didn't they do caste census?: Reddy

Union Minister G Kishan Reddy on Thursday questioned the Congress over the Centre’s decision to include caste census in the next general census, saying, "Congress ruled for 60 years, why did they not do a caste census?" He added, "They should tell this to people...they were unclear about their stand on the caste census, but the BJP is doing it."
