Conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar gets bail, court cites violation of personal liberty

A Delhi court on Tuesday gave bail to conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar in a money laundering case, and noted that "continued incarceration beyond a reasonable period violates the fundamental right to personal liberty". This was reportedly the 27th out of 31 cases in which he got bail. Sukesh was asked to surrender passport and deposit ₹5 lakh as bail conditions.
