Consensus reached on patrolling & grazing along LAC: Lt Gen Suchindra

General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Northern Command Lt Gen MV Suchindra Kumar said consensus on balance areas along the Line of Actual Control includes patrolling and grazing to traditional areas. "Pursuant to the talks [between India and China], broad consensus has been achieved to restore the ground situation based on principles of equal and mutual security," he added.
