Consider Ram Rahim's parole plea: ECI to Haryana govt before polls

Haryana Chief Electoral Officer Pankaj Agarwal has told state government to consider Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's parole request. The self-styled godman, jailed for raping his female disciples, sought bail just before Haryana elections. He's often accused of trying to influence his followers for elections. Last year, he was released from jail before Rajasthan elections.
