Constable suspended as vendor suffers burns during road clearance for Raj CM's convoy

Rajasthan Police suspended a constable seven days after a woman selling momos suffered serious burn injuries during a police drive to clear roadside carts ahead of CM Bhajan Lal Sharma's convoy in Jaipur. The state government said it will bear her treatment costs and provide financial assistance. The victim’s family alleged that a policeman pushed her cart during an argument.
