Constipation is among the early warning signs of heart diseases, including heart attacks and stroke, according to a new study conducted by Monash University, Melbourne. The study, published in the American Journal of Psychology-Heart and Circulatory Physiology says chronic constipation leads to high blood pressure which is a sign of heart attack.
