Construction of Trump's 250-foot arch blocked by judge Tanya Chutkan within hour of govt approval
Federal judge Tanya Chutkan has blocked construction of US President Donald Trump's 250-foot arch for 14 days after a vote approving the structure was passed by National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC). The judge's ruling came within an hour of NCPC approval. The arch, planned in Washington DC, will feature gilded ornamentation, four lion statues and a winged figure on top.
