Container shortage remains a challenge even as exports surge: Bajaj Auto

Bajaj Auto has said that shortage of shipping containers remains a challenge even as its exports grew by 22% year-on-year to a record high in the third quarter. Executive Director Rakesh Sharma said, "15% of the order books have spilled over into the next month." The company is entering into long-term contracts with shipping lines to reduce impact, he added.
