Contempt plea in SC alleges Delhi authorities defied orders on metro & train curbs
Advocate Shailendra Mani Tripathi filed a contempt plea in Supreme Court alleging that authorities failed to comply with its directions on Delhi's transport curbs ahead of CJP protest. The court had called for regulated, proportionate metro and rail operations rather than blanket prohibition. The plea names Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan, Police Commissioner Anurag Kumar and DMRC chief D Thara.
