Contractor, angry over pending bills, locks govt school in T'gana

Angry over pending bills, Challa Ayodhya, a contractor, locked a government school in Telangana's Khammam. He was apparently tired of making rounds of government offices for the bills. It is said that Challa executed repair works worth ₹26 lakh at the school under 'Man Ooru Mana Badi' programme. An amount of ₹11 lakh was pending to be paid to him.
