Conversational AI startup Uniphore raises $140 million

Uniphore, a startup that uses artificial intelligence to analyse and improve customer support provided over the phone, has raised $140 million led by Sorenson Capital Partners. The Series D funding round also saw participation from new investors like Cisco Investments and early backers. Uniphore, which has offices in Chennai and Palo Alto, has raised $210 million to date.
