Coromandel buys more stake in drone startup Dhaksha for ₹204 cr

Fertiliser company Coromandel International has acquired an additional 32.68% stake in Chennai-based drone startup Dhaksha Unmanned Systems for ₹204 crore. The transaction, which valued the startup at ₹625 crore, took Coromandel's total stake in the startup to 51%. It had earlier acquired an 18.34% stake in Dhaksha through its investment arm Dare Ventures.
