Coronavirus cases in India rise to 649; death toll surges to 13

The total number of coronavirus cases in India has risen to 649, said the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The death toll in the country has surged to 13, the Ministry added. The confirmed cases comprise 602 Indian nationals and the remaining cases are of foreign nationals. The number of patients who have been cured or discharged is 42.
