Coronavirus cases in West Bengal rise to 2,825; death toll rises to 172

West Bengal recorded 148 new coronavirus cases in last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases there to 2,825, said the state's Department of Health and Family Welfare on Monday. The state's coronavirus death toll rose to 172, with six more people dying of the virus. The number of coronavirus patients who recovered in West Bengal rose to 1,006.
