Coronavirus that has infected 9,800 declared global health emergency by WHO

The World Health Organization has declared coronavirus, that has infected over 9,800 people globally, as a global health emergency. Over 200 people have died from the coronavirus and a total of 129 cases have been reported in 22 other countries and regions, with no deaths outside China. "Coronavirus could spread to countries with weaker health systems," the WHO said.
