Corporators seen taking oath to share 'corruption money' equally in UP

A video purportedly shows municipal councillors in UP's Shahjahanpur taking an oath with holy Gangajal in their hands to allegedly distribute all civic revenue and bribe proceeds equally among themselves. In the video, they can be heard saying, "Whatever income...generates will be distributed equally," adding, "If any harm comes to anyone, then all of us will stand together."
