Costco's revenue jumps 15% to $72.10 billion in Q4, tops estimates

Costco Wholesale Corporation's revenue jumped 15% to $72.10 billion in the fourth quarter, topping Wall Street estimates of $72.04 billion. It also beat estimates by earning $4.20 per share in the quarter. The company's earnings were boosted by strong demand for its fresh food, candies and fuel offerings. However, its gross margin on a reported basis declined to 10.18%.
