Coty set for leadership overhaul as JAB plans major changes

Coty majority owner, JAB Holdings, is preparing a leadership reset that includes chair Peter Harf exit and a later CEO change, replacing Sue Nabi after weak operating performance, the FT reported. Harf has been winding down roles at JAB, leaving Coty as one of his last board positions.
