Countries using Chinese vaccines report COVID-19 surge: New York Times report

A report in The New York Times said Chinese vaccines "may not be very effective" at preventing the spread of coronavirus, particularly new variants. It added the Seychelles, Chile, Bahrain and Mongolia, which are mostly using Sinopharm and Sinovac Biotech's vaccines and whose 50-68% of the populations are fully vaccinated, were among top 10 countries with worst outbreaks last week.
