Couple, associate booked for ₹10 cr Maharashtra land fraud

A Malerkotla petrol pump operator alleged that Zirakpur couple Kanu Priya and Manish Sharma, along with Ashok Kohli, cheated him of ₹9.85 crore over three years, promising proceeds from a fake 25-acre Maharashtra land deal. The victim discovered the land certificate was forged. Police have registered an FIR under cheating, criminal breach of trust, and conspiracy charges.
