Couple climbs atop Empire State Building, stages proposal 1,454 ft above ground

A masked couple dressed in black scaled the Empire State Building and got engaged 1,454 feet above the ground in New York City. The couple also unfurled a world peace banner at the top of the skyscraper with the words, "When the power of love beats the love of power." Helicopters were seen circling the building and filming the incident.
