Couple fined ₹1,000 for 'being out after 11pm' by police in B'luru; DCP responds

A man in Bengaluru alleged that he and his wife were harassed by policemen who fined them ₹1,000 for walking on the street after 11 pm, claiming it was against the law. He alleged they also confiscated their phones. Clarifying that there's no such rule, DCP Anoop Shetty said, "They (officers) will be identified and stern action will be taken."
