Court cancels LOC against Nirav Modi's brother-in-law in PNB scam

A CBI court has cancelled Look Out Circular (LOC) against Maiank Mehta, brother-in-law of fugitive businessman Nirav Modi and an accused in Punjab National Bank fraud case. The court observed that there was no material to suggest he was likely to evade trial. He had already been granted a pardon after agreeing to make a "full disclosure" in the case.
