Court closes case against ex-SC staffer who complained against CJI

A court has closed criminal proceedings in an alleged cheating case against a former Supreme Court employee who had accused Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi of sexual harassment and consequent victimisation. Earlier, Delhi Police had filed a closure report and the complainant in the case had claimed he did not want to pursue any further legal action against her.
