Court issues notice to Rahul Gandhi for 'fight against Indian State' remark

A Lucknow court has issued notices to Rahul Gandhi and several other Congress leaders for Rahul's "We are now fighting the...Indian State itself" remark in January, asking them to file a reply by January 5, 2026. The plea in court had claimed that Rahul's remark was against India and the constitution, alleging that the statement was made deliberately.
