Court orders demolition of illegal mosque in DM office complex in UP, imposes ₹6.4 cr fine

A city magistrate court in UP's Saharanpur has ordered the demolition of an illegal mosque located within the District Magistrate (DM) office premises. It imposed a fine of ₹6.4 crore on illegal occupants for occupying the property for 70 years. The court stated that the mosque was illegally constructed on 315 square meters of the land.
