Court orders inquiry against CBI officer who investigated excise policy case

Delhi court, while giving a clean chit to ex-Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and ex-Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in excise policy case, ordered departmental inquiry against the CBI investigating Officer (IO). The court said that the officer showed a "complete disregard" for facts while prosecuting the case. "There was no overarching conspiracy or criminal intent in excise policy," court added.
