Court refuses to stay Akshay's Sky Force release in copyright case

The Bombay HC on Thursday declined to stay the release of Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Sky Force' in a copyright infringement case. Animator-creative director Sandeep Gangatkar moved the court, alleging that the movie had similarities with his work 'Fire Bird'. The court also denied Gangatkar's request for a pre-screening of 'Sky Force'. It is set to be released on January 24.
